I am so excited to introduce you all to the lovely Melissa Camilleri! She is the founder and creative director of Compliment, a Sacramento-based handmade jewelry, stationery and gift company.
Her entrepreneurial drive and passion for her work is absolutely contagious and I love hearing how she worked through the tough times in her business. When asked about early doubters of her creative path (around 00:06:23), she says, "I listen to those voices less and less [...] I feel like my inner critic manifests outside myself [...] I heard those voices a lot more when I was less brave."
